P & D Engineering is based in a 7500 sq ft and a 3500 sq ft engineering facility on the same site that provides CNC cellular manufacture, fully networked interactive production facility integrating the latest off line programming systems and Multiaxis machining capabilities.

We have a multitude of experienced CNC programmers and setters who can program directly at the machine. However, we also the use latest DelCAM PowerShape and PowerMill computer aided manufacturing software enabling us to create complex machining data directly from customers drawings and 3D Models. To enable us to maintain our high quality standards, we have a purpose built temperature and humidity controlled inspection facility which houses our CMM machine along with all our calibrated measurement equipment. We employ a full time inspector/quality manager who maintains our QS and continual in process inspection.P & D Engineering have a design and technical department to allow us to deliverfull engineering solutions. We have the latest Autodesk 3D CAD software allowing us to take in most types of 3D models. We can receive native, Catia, Pro-E, Solidworks data to name a few, along with interchange formats such as Step, Iges, etc. Our CAD systems allow us to communicate our designs to our clients with ease. We specialise in the design of tooling, assembly fixtures, machining and mass production fixtures, work holding equipment, transport fixturing and bespoke lifting equipment. We have many years experience in these fields with major companies in the automotive supply chain, motorsport and heavy plant sectors. We integrate our CAD design directly into our CAM facilities. This allows us to go from concept design, to cutting metal, in just hours!! These facilities allow us to provide a professional product solution to our clients.
